ShirayasDream was founded in summer 2008. The work of Anna Aliena and Oliver Höhne has been breaking musical boundaries: They defined a new genre they call “alien pop“. On their first two albums “Magic Carpet Nights“ (2009) and “Floating in Space“ (2009) ShirayasDream embarked on a long musical journey leading to the Arabian Nights and to outer space. Apart from the intergalactic fusion of operatic mezzosoprano and synthpop, ShirayasDream stand for quality, authenticity, multilingual lyrics and comical exaggeration at their live shows.
Anna and Oliver can already look back on several concerts in Germany and abroad, festivals, interviews and various contributions on the CD compilations of the leading German music magazines from the gothic scene.
